The "Pivo za rohem" app is a hyperlocal map of draught beer prices. We strive to collect the minimum amount of data and do not sell any of it.
If you use gaming features and join leaderboards or teams, your nickname and game statistics (points, streaks) visible to other users. These features are optional and can be disabled in settings (Privacy). Without activation, we share nothing publicly.
Transparently: In the early phase, the list may contain several fictional playersso you have someone to compare your score with. As the real community grows, fictional players will be removed.
The application does not require registration. We do not collect email addresses, phone numbers or payment details. We do not track you across other applications and we do not sell or pass your data to advertisers.
Cloudflare (hosting the post database), OpenRouter (OCR processing of price list photos), Google (anonymous statistics). We do not pass data to any processors other than these.
We retain posts for the duration of the service operation. You have the right to access, rectify and erase them, write to [email protected] and state your nickname so we can locate the posts. Deleting the app from the device removes local data (introduction, preferences, ID).
We process contributions and anonymous statistics based on legitimate interest for the operation and improvement of the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Optional data (nickname, age, gender, location) are provided voluntarily on the basis of consentwhich you can revoke at any time by deleting them in the app.
Our processors (Cloudflare, OpenRouter, Google) may process data outside the EU. The transfer is based on standard contractual clauses and corresponding safeguards under GDPR.
All communication is encrypted (HTTPS). We collect the minimum amount of data; posts are identified only by a random ID and your chosen nickname. Price list photos are discarded after reading.
We may update these principles; we will always change the date at the top and notify you of significant changes in the app.
